Company Info:CNC MILL GUY is a small company based in central TEXAS. Our mainstay business involves CNC milling work, but often involves CNC lathe and multiple sub procedures and assemblies. The CNC MILL GUY is an established company that began in 2005. Our manufacturing costing is quantity based; therefore, the larger the volume the better the cost effectiveness of the item. However, a large proportion of our business is made up of smaller volumes, where we remain competitive regardless of quantity. We operate an open door policy at CNC MILL GUY where customers are welcomed and encouraged to visit us at any stage. Customers are continually consulted during the manufacturing of their items and therefore any concerns or risks that they may identify can be isolated and dealt with during the concept and development stage of their items.
What is CNC Milling:CNC milling is a technology whereby a
machine tool is driven by a computer to produce a desired shape. The Computer
Numerical Control computer is programmed to drive the motors
attached to each of the machines moving axes in a discrete manner to create the
cutting action, which will produce the desired shape in a work piece.
